This centre aims to provide much needed flexible workspace at an affordable price. It is an ideal space for smaller businesses, start-ups or freelancers – specifically in the creative sector – to lay down some routes and expand their business. The centre has 50 desk spaces and a further 20 co-working (hot desk) spaces available. Additionally, there are some lovely communal areas, such as a large kitchen and garden area. The centre hopes to be a home for smaller businesses and promote itself as a focal point for creatives within the Tunbridge Wells area.
The centre is based on Monson Road, Tunbridge Wells, just 100 yards from the town’s main shopping centre. Tunbridge Wells is home to several high street retail stores, coffee houses, eateries and supermarkets. The centre is also close to the unique Camden Road – a street that boasts a mix of independent art galleries, cafes, drinking holes and junk shops. The centre is around a seven-minute walk from the town’s station – ideal for if you have regular business meetings requiring rail travel – which offers a service to London in 45 minutes. There is both cycle storage and car parking.
