As a lessee of the Trust for London, Resource for London’s activities, whilst being highly professional, are at the same time designed with the voluntary sector in mind i.e. short leases, shared services. The centre is fully DDA compliant and accessible to people with a range disability. All the proceeds from the activities directly goes to the voluntary sector in London, in particular groups working to address poverty. The centre offers fully equipped desk space, available to hire on a rolling monthly contract with access to a great range of services. Communication services including printing/copying, and postage are available at additional charges. The centre is home to a fantastic community of like-minded organisations and satisfaction of our tenants with the property management team has been rated an amazing 100% (excellent /good). The space is a Covid-19 Secure venue, with a Good to Go certificate and AIM secure accreditation from the Meeting Industry Association.

Fantastically located on the vibrant Holloway Road, just 2 stops up the Piccadilly line from Kings Cross, Resource for London is close to countless cafés and restaurants in what is one the most energetic and dynamic areas of London. By London Underground. Take the Piccadilly line to Holloway Road station. On leaving the station, turn left and walk that direction, under the railway bridge for five minutes. Resource for London in on the opposite side of the road and can be reached by using the pedestrian crossing. Buses 4, 17, 29, 43, 153, 253, 259, 271, 279 and X43 stop within a short walk of Resource for London. Also, there are mobility buses available in the area, these are numbered 920, 921, 923 and 927.
