Aware that the members are now used to the comfort of home working the upper ground floor office has been redesigned and now comes fully furnished, providing workspace for up to 20 people. The new kitchen and shower also ensure members get the most from being back in the workplace. The UG and 2nd floors are currently available as bespoke, managed private offices. The UG floor is 808 sq ft, the 2nd floor is 809 sq ft and are available on 12- or 24-month agreements. Each floor can comfortably house 16 staff plus breakout space & kitchen area. The 2nd floor has a separate meeting room space. UG floor is also available for Meeting Room or Event space hire with the latest video conferencing & display panel technology and a 12-seater boardroom table.
