We are OCA Studio, a small company of innovative, social architects working from our base in the heart of Edinburgh's old town. We have shared our refurbished former shop on St Mary's Street with a variety of small businesses, thriving off interaction, discussion and collaboration. 36 St Mary's Street currently has desk space for a team of up to 6 individuals within a designated area of our main open-plan office space. There is a shared meeting / break-out space at the front of the office, and further private meeting space downstairs. Although most of us walk or cycle to work, the office has private parking directly at the rear for anyone needing it.
Located just off Edinburgh's Royal Mile, 36 St Mary's Street is in the heart of the city. We are a five minute walk from Waverley train station, and 10 minutes from the nearest tram stop at St Andrew's Square. There are numerous shops, cafes and pubs in the surrounding streets, and both Holyrood Park and Princes Street Gardens are just a five-minute walk away for a lunchtime stretch of the legs.
