The private offices are found on the second and third floor and have capacity for teams of two, three and seven, accessible to wheelchair users via a central lift. They come equipped with tables, ergonomic chairs and data ports, and are lockable and fully customisable. Private offices also enjoy discounted meeting room and event space hire, unlimited free tea and coffee, high speed internet wifi, and free printing, as well as access to exclusive member events and discounts to selected local businesses. The entire space is dog-friendly and staffed from 08:30 - 17:30, Monday to Friday. Out of hours access is provided via the Patch Places app.
Patch combines design-led workspaces with a public events venue, right in the centre of Chelmsford. We are located in the historic Gray & Sons Brewery in a cosy yard just off Chelmsford High Street. We are less than 10 minutes from Chelmsford train station by foot and there are plenty of car parks within a 5 minute walk of our space, one of which members have discounted access to. There are plenty of local amenities just a short walk from Patch Chelmsford including gyms, nurseries and supermarkets making Patch a convenient destination for all!
