Targetspace to open fifth London business centre
SERVICED office provider Targetspace has announced a ten-year lease at Lion Court in Holborn, London.
The new business centre will span three floors of the five storey building, providing 280 workstations.
Targetspace Managing Director Stephen Finnegan said: “We are extremely pleased to have signed on this fantastic building, in such a prime location – Lion Court is close to both the City and the West End and is well serviced by the London Underground, being only minutes’ walk to Holborn station which is ideal.”
Targetspace’s other London business centres are in Wembley, the West End, the City of London and Canary Wharf.
The refurbishment at Lion Court, Procter Street, should be complete by the end of March.
