SERVICED office operator Orega is to open a new business centre in central London.

The Staines-based office group has signed a deal on prime office space in Finsbury Pavement, near Moorgate.

When it opens in August, the business centre will occupy two floors in a newly refurbished nine storey office block.

The ten year lease of the air conditioned serviced offices gives Orega its eleventh business centre.

Zach Douglas, joint MD of Orega, says: “After the successful launch of our Hammersmith business centre just two months ago, we have accelerated our opening programme in London to capitalise on the weight of demand for quality, flexible office space.

“Finsbury Pavement is a fantastic location and has the wonderful bonus of offering clients a slice of outdoor life in the heart of the city via their own personal roof terrace. We think this feature gives our offices an extra dimension which will have universal appeal.”
