AN OIL and gas exploration company has leased 18,000 sq ft of office space at 123 Victoria Street in London.

The FTSE 250 company, Ophir Energy, will move their headquarters from Mayfair to the mixed use, recently refurbished building in Victoria.

British Land say that 123 Victoria Street is now 93% let with just 17,000 sq ft still available.

Kaela Fenn-Smith, Head of Leasing at Land Securities, said:

“We are delighted to welcome Ophir Energy to 123 Victoria Street. Their decision to move from Mayfair and choose Victoria as their new home reflects the area’s ever-increasing reputation as a vibrant destination for forward-thinking companies.”

Other tenants at the building include Intuit, CDC Group and CPA Global.
