Richbell House is a modern building spanning over 7 floors and was comprehensively refurbished in 2019. The property is occupied entirely by the workspace and the parent company, Lowy Group, who are offering a flexible license or longer-term sub-lease. This can be per desk, per office or even per floor, as we have the 4th and 5th (top two floors) available. The offices offer amazing viewings of the City from their respective terraces and floor to ceiling glazing. Richbell house is accredited by Meeting Industry Association MIA as AIM Secure, the space also holds CSC COVID-19 Accreditation. The centre takes all the necessary steps and measures with regards to COVID-19 as well as stringent social distancing and hygiene measures. They also have temperature scanner with our InstaScan device by the entrance, QR code check-in and hand Sanitizing stations on each floor. Within the building, we also offer a range of meeting/training spaces/lecture rooms and a boardroom that can be requested for use by the tenants.
The Building is situated on Richbell Place, in the heart of London, near Lambs Conduit Street. 5 Richbell Place has excellent transport links with Holborn, Chancery Lane and Russell Square Underground Stations and Farringdon Overground Station nearby. There is a plethora of coffee shops and restaurants in the surrounding area; Knockbox Coffee, Conduit Coffee House, Ciao Bella and Eat Tokyo - to name a few! There is also a chance to with your cultural appetite with exhibitions, museums and libraries such as Holborn Library, October Gallery, Charles Dickens Museum, just a stone's throw away.
