Provender House is at the centre of the Waterloo Quay campus. Before the refurbishment in 2012, the building was a warehouse, and wooden silos took up the space where we today have our beautiful, modern reception and mezzanine meeting rooms. When you enter the building from the cobbled Lime Street, you are welcomed into our airy and bright reception, with a peek up to our modern and popular mezzanine meeting rooms. Venturing further into the building, you'll find our café, which is currently run by The Key. Provender House, is one of ten properties making up Waterloo Quay. Across the ten buildings, we have six meeting rooms, all equipped with Logitech conferencing systems; we have the above-mentioned café; a fully equipped gym; and three car parks, one of which is a multi-storey carpark. Just a ten minute walk away, you find the historical village, Footdee, the beach and Codonas. And if you're heading the city centre way, you'll also find Union Square and Union Street are only a short walk away.
