New Broadgate offices topped out
THE TOPPING out ceremony has been held for a brand new twelve-storey office block in the City of London.
Number 5 Broadgate will provide 700,000 sq ft of Grade A office space for occupants UBS when it’s completed next year.
The Make-designed office block has four trading floors and will allow UBS to consolidate its London operations in to one building.
The British Land development is the latest addition to the 32-acre Broadgate estate of offices and retail in the City, next to Liverpool Street station.
Construction work began on 5 Broadgate back in March 2012 and permission for it was granted in the fourth quarter of 2010.
